FAQ

1.  How many times can my youth/athlete train per week and what is optimal?

The amount of training per week depends on the specific Parisi program. Some programs are unlimited, while others are specific to a number of days per week.

The optimal amount of training per week depends on the program, but in general 2 – 3 days per week is average.

2.  What is the best Parisi program for my youth/athlete?

The best programming for your young athlete depends on his / her goals as well as yours. The only way to determine the best fit is to contact us at the Parisi Speed School and book an evaluation. During that time, the Parisi staff will discuss the results of the evaluation, along with goals and recommend the most appropriate program for your youth/athlete.

3.  What is best if my youth is not an athlete and he or she is just looking to get into shape?

If your youth is looking to get active, lose weight and/or get in shape, then the Total Conditioning is the answer. Many of our Total Conditioning youth find the “athlete within” during the Total Conditioning experience, and go on to train like an athlete in our Sports Performance Program.

4.  What is youth sports performance training?

Sports performance training focuses on training a young athlete to be the best he/she can be in his/her chosen sport. The training includes the foundations of any good athlete:  Speed, Agility, Power/Strength, and Self Confidence. Another added benefit of good sports performance training is a reduction of sports related injuries.

5.  How much does it cost?

Parisi programming offers a variety of price points to fit any budget. We offer 3 and 9 month pricing options. The 3 month option is 3 months back to back, and expires 3 months from the day your athlete starts.

Our 9 month option is a long term option with the flexibility to “Freeze” Parisi participation for 1-3 months back to back, and resume participation once the freeze has expired.

We also offer a Total Conditioning month to month package where you pay for each month your athlete attends. Total Conditioning classes are limited.

Team Training is another option. Prices depend on length of commitment and amount of kids on the team.

For high level athletes we also offer a PEAK Training option. PEAK classes are small group (2-4 kids) and schedule is set around athlete and Parisi coaches availability.

6.  How does the schedule work?

Parisi offers 50 minute to 1 hour programs at least once a day and usually multiple times per day. Since most youth/athletes train 2-3 times per week, this schedule provides the maximum flexibility for your busy schedule. Our schedule can be located here on our website. 7.  How many youth athletes are in a class?

Class size depends on program, but generally we follow these class structures:

Youth-College Prep Program:  5-10 per group

Total Conditioning:  5-15 per group

PEAK:  1-4 per group

8.  Do you offer Team Training?

YES! Parisi has trained dozens of teams from across the country of all sports. From local town teams, to school teams, to small group training for semi-professional and professional athletes… You name it, we do it!

Our Sports Specific Program also caters to off-site training. This means that Parisi will bring their professionally trained staff to your teams location. Our P4 “Team Training” program incorporates four fundamental and essential elements that prove to be game changers for coaches who are serious about their athletes training, reducing the chance of injury, reaching their physical potential, all while building confidence and bolstering team unity.
